Each Stubb Legal course can provide you with 1 hour CPD credit or 1 CPD point (all courses are accredited by the SRA, BSB, ILEX and CLC).

Choose a Stubb Legal product from our catalog. Add your chosen product to the basket. When you checkout you will be redirected to a page that confirms your order. You will receive a link to your download in an email. However, you can also download them by logging into our website and going to 'My Account' followed by 'My downloadable products'

Right-click the link and choose "Save target as...". It is important that you know where you are saving your file. Save the file to "My Music". Click the start menu and open "My Documents". Open "My Music". Double-click the file you downloaded to play it. On a slow connection (1mpbs) the download will take roughly 3 minutes. However, on a faster (20mbps) connection it would be possible to download the file in less than 10 seconds.

Either listen to the download on your computer or transfer the recording to your MP3 player or smartphone.

The multiple choice test is mandatory for most legal professionals, in order to claim CPD credit. The full text of the recording is on our website, so you can double check what was said on the recording. You can also, for example, double check case references or statutory instruments. Then take the multiple choice test. This can be done online, and results are instant. You can retake the test if you fail. You are then entitled to claim 1 hour CPD credit or 1 CPD point (ie 60 minutes).
